I love that the prices for carpet cleaning are so affordable. I even cleaned my outdoor porch and pergola carpets to start spring. The carpet would have been dumped, if it were not for Aerus, William and his crew. Everything is refreshed and clean.
They repaired my vacuum last month and next week I am having my water in my house tested. Looking forward to learning about all the additives in our water and how to filter them out. Thank you Aerus.

A very nice place to go to have your Luxy fixed! If you need another vac, that is the place to go to..its like finding yourself in a candy store with all the sweets( vacs) available. You can literally take it for a test run...in the store that is!:) Great customer service !!!:)

We took a 30 year old vacuum cleaner in for a broken electrical cord. The manager noted another issue with the vacuum but did not try to sell us on the fix saying "you should get a few more years out of it". I really appreciate the honesty and integrity.

Aerus Electrolux in Towson provides great service--skilled and knowledgeable technician and owner. Restore your vacuum cleaner instead of sending it to the landfill, or trade it in for a new or repaired Electrolux. I just didn't want to dump my Kenmore (parts are becoming hard to find now that Sears has gone out of business) and brought it here for service. The owner has a magic touch and got my old vac working once more.
